Finally making sense of Jar Jar

alias_sqbrTwo very similar and equally awesome comics I was reminded of while writing my last post:
DM of the Rings Retells Lord of the Rings as a roleplaying campaign using shots from the film, as the GM tries to get everyone to pay attention to his long and complex backstory when all they want to do is kill a bunch of orcs and level up :)
Darths and Droids which does the same thing with the new Star Wars trilogy, made by a totally different group of people who cite the first comic as inspiration. The plot makes a lot more sense this way. (This DM is pretty much making it up as he goes alongKIND OF LIKE GEORGE LUCAS)
I have a soft spot for a well done screenshot comic, it's amusing seeing a familar scene from a totally different perspective.
The sad thing is, I've never roleplayed, I've just spent so much time around roleplayers that I understand the references anyway :)
